We exist to uphold and value the traditions that the Franklin D. Roosevelt High School Mustang Band was founded upon. It is our Purpose to produce life-long learners that will give back to their family, school, community and the Franklin D. Roosevelt High School Mighty Marching Mustang Band.

It is our Mission to enthusiastically mentor the student body of Franklin D. Roosevelt High School in general and the members of the Franklin D. Roosevelt High School Mustang Band in particular.
Our mission is to promote and provide musical scholarships through our fundraising initiatives.

Our Vision is to create and help support a band that will compete at the highest level of competition. So, each band member will strive to pursue the opportunity to achieve educational success and cherish the memories of their high school band experience.
